HOW TO USE

Spray directly on the skin, avoiding the eyes to get instant cooling from a hot flash. We recommend spraying on the back of your neck just below the hairline and your chest.

Distilled Water, Witch Hazel, Vegetable Glycerin, Clary Sage, Geranium, and Peppermint essential oils.
